 Risk Analysis and Contingency Estimating: The Center has developed a technology we call Driver-Based Monte-Carlo (DBM). Its a practical approach that uses best practices to address both systemic risks (e.g., level of project definition) and project-specific risks (e.g., risk events) in an integrated process and toolset that we will customize for your company. The method also addresses schedule risks in a practical way. C4CE can also help you apply the methods in facilitated risk analysis workshops.

Escalation

 Escalation Estimating (leveraging Economic Consultants): The Center has developed a technology we call Econometric Escalation Estimating (E3). Its a practical approach that uses price index forecasts from leading economists as well as capex market price adjustments developed by the Center. The tool generates a probabilistic output using monte-carlo simulation. These are all put together in a toolset that we will customize for your company.
