 Risk Analysis and Contingency Estimating: The Center has developed a technology we call Driver-Based Monte-Carlo (DBM). Its a practical approach that appropriately addresses both systematic risks (e.g., level of project definition) and project-specific risks (e.g., risk events) in an integrated process and toolset that we will customize for your company.

Escalation

 Escalation Estimating (leveraging Economic Consultants): The Center has developed a technology we call Econometric Escalation Estimating (E3). Its a practical approach that uses price index forecasts from leading economists as well as capex market price adjustments developed by the Center. These are all put together in a toolset that we will customize for your company.
