Who We Are: The Center was launched in 2007 as an alliance initiative of two consulting firms: Conquest Consulting Group (CCG) and Validation Estimating LLC (VE). These firms, employing top industry experts, specialize in helping owner firms in the process industries develop their cost engineering/cost estimating competencies and capabilities. The Center was established to improve the quality and depth of such services that could be made available to owner companies.

What We Do: Depending on owner needs, we often start by studying and recommending ways for owners to improve their cost engineering processes in alignment with business strategy. From there we may recommend organizational strategies and help develop staff capabilities (in some cases helping obtain temporary staffing if needed). Often, we work to identify, acquire, develop and/or implement cost estimating and related methods, tools and databases.

Special Products: The Center has developed and is ready now to implement at your company two tools that most owners have a great need for: 1) Risk Analysis and Contingency Estimating, and 2) Escalation Estimating Using Economic Forecasts. The Center customizes and implements these tools in a way that effectively supports your company's processes. We also provide training in each of these areas.
